No merger plans of RIL and RIIL

Mukesh Ambani-promoted Reliance Industries (RIL) today said that it has no plans to merge Reliance Industrial Infrastructure (RIIL) with itself or any other entity. .“We wish to clarify that there are no plans or proposals being considered by Reliance Industrial Infrastructure to merge or otherwise restructure the company with RIL or any other entity,” the company said in a release.
